Alfred E. Newman strikes again! MAD magazine began as a parody of comic books and strips. This collection brings together many of their best super hero parodies from several decades of publication, including the early work and spoofs of comic book movies. The parodies and spoofs are just as hilarious today as they were when they first appeared in issues of Mad Magazine beginning in the 1950s. Any comics or super hero fan will get a kick out of the great stories in this book which poke fun at our favorite comic super hero icons. There is some very minor edge wear (see the scan), but this book is still in EXCELLENT condition. No collection of Mad Magazine books is complete without this one.
